This includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, unique device identifier (UUID), browser type, operating system version, network type, app crash dumps, and usage statistics. This metadata is never linked or matched to your face images.

Chapter 2: AI Face Photo Processing & Sandbox Security Architecture

To guarantee the highest level of privacy for your facial images, our technical pipeline implements the following strict security controls:

2.1. Isolated RAM Computation: Our AI models process your facial photos strictly in temporary memory (RAM). The session sandbox is destroyed immediately upon completion of the API call.

2.2. No Biometric Profiling: We do not conduct facial recognition, comparison, or matching across different photos. We do not build biometric face reference databases, and we cannot use your uploads to identify you in the real world.

2.3. Exclusion from Model Training: Your uploaded photos are used exclusively to process your specific generation request. We never sell, rent, or trade your photos, and we never use user uploads to train or fine-tune our public, general-purpose AI models.

2.4. Encrypted Output Storage: The final generated stylized stickers are stored in an encrypted cloud database linked to your profile. You can delete individual stickers or your entire history at any time, which triggers immediate permanent deletion from our databases.

Chapter 3: Purpose of Data Processing & Legal Bases (GDPR Compliance)

If you are located in the EEA or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases of the GDPR:

• 3.1. Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To process your uploaded photos and deliver the generated custom sticker packs to you as requested.
• 3.2. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): To send you waitlist updates, newsletters, or promotional communications that you have explicitly subscribed to. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Chapter 5: Third-Party Cloud Infrastructure Partners & Data Processors

5.1. Secured Sub-Processors & AI APIs: We host our AI inference servers and databases on secure GPU instances leased from premier cloud service providers (such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform). Additionally, we integrate Gemini AI APIs provided by Google LLC to assist in generating artistic stickers. All processors are subject to strict Data Processing Agreements (DPA) and standard contractual clauses (SCCs). They are legally barred from using, sharing, or copying your data for any commercial or secondary purposes. In accordance with Google's API terms of service, any user data transmitted to the Gemini API will never be used by Google to train or fine-tune its public AI models.

5.2. No Selling of Data: We do not sell, license, or disclose your personal information or facial likeness to data brokers, advertising networks, or third-party marketing companies.

Chapter 6: Comprehensive Data Subject Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

We extend comprehensive privacy controls to all users globally, ensuring you have full mastery over your data:

6.1. Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You have the absolute right to delete your account. You can trigger deletion directly in the App Settings or by emailing lifeline2023@outlook.com. We will permanently and physically purge your profile, registration details, email, and saved sticker history from our active databases and backup logs within 24 hours. This deletion is physical and irreversible.
