Welcome to EmojiMe.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EmojiMe, including our mobile applications, AI generation tools, subscription services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
EmojiMe is provided by EmojiMe App (“EmojiMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using EmojiMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. What EmojiMe Does
EmojiMe is an AI-powered creative application that allows users to create personalized emojis, stickers, avatars, GIFs, reaction images, and other visual content from text prompts, uploaded images, selfies, or other user-provided materials.
AI-generated results may vary. We do not guarantee that every output will be accurate, usable, unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use EmojiMe.
If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use EmojiMe only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
EmojiMe is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, you may not use the Services.
By using EmojiMe, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login information secure
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for EmojiMe, users, or third parties.
4. User Content
“User Content” means any content you upload, submit, enter, or provide to EmojiMe, including:
- Text prompts
- Photos
- Selfies
- Images
- Editing instructions
- Feedback
- Other materials you provide
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, by using the Services, you grant EmojiMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, display, transmit, and use your User Content only as needed to:
- Provide the Services
- Generate requested outputs
- Improve safety, reliability, and quality where permitted by law
- Provide customer support
- Enforce these Terms
- Comply with legal obligations
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to upload and use your User Content.
5. AI Authorization
By submitting prompts, photos, selfies, images, or other materials to EmojiMe, you authorize EmojiMe and its service providers to process that content using AI technologies.
This processing may include:
- Image analysis
- Face or subject detection
- Style transformation
- Emoji, sticker, avatar, GIF, or reaction image generation
- Content moderation
- Safety checks
- Temporary storage and transmission
- Technical processing by third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, Google, and other trusted AI service providers
You understand that AI-generated content may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers. These providers process content on our behalf to deliver the requested functionality.
You should not upload content that you do not have permission to use.
6. Generated Content
“Generated Content” means emojis, stickers, avatars, GIFs, reaction images, images, or other outputs created by EmojiMe based on your prompts or uploaded content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use Generated Content for personal, social, creative, and non-commercial purposes.
Commercial use may be allowed only if:
- The feature or plan you use permits commercial use;
- You have all necessary rights to the input content;
- Your use does not violate any law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
You are responsible for how you use Generated Content.
AI-generated content may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use EmojiMe to create, upload, generate, edit, share, or promote content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or defamatory
- Exploits, sexualizes, harms, or targets minors
- Contains child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors
- Violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights
- Uses another person’s face, likeness, identity, photo, or personal content without permission
- Impersonates another person in a deceptive or harmful way
- Creates misleading deepfakes or deceptive synthetic media
- Promotes hate, discrimination, harassment, or violence
- Encourages self-harm, terrorism, extremism, or criminal activity
- Contains explicit sexual content where prohibited by our policies or applicable platform rules
- Attempts to bypass safety systems, usage limits, moderation, or technical protections
- Scrapes, reverse engineers, attacks, overloads, or disrupts the Services
- Uses automated systems to abuse, exploit, or interfere with the Services
We may remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report illegal content where appropriate.
8. Child Safety
EmojiMe has zero tolerance for content that exploits or endangers children.
You may not upload, generate, request, edit, or share any content involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, abusive, or harmful context.
We may remove such content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and report to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
9. Respect for Other People’s Images and Rights
You may not upload or use another person’s photo, selfie, face, likeness, voice, identity, or personal content unless you have the right and permission to do so.
You are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent from people appearing in your uploaded content.
Do not use EmojiMe to bully, harass, shame, deceive, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person.
10. Intellectual Property
EmojiMe, including its software, design, interface, branding, logos, features, and technology, is owned by EmojiMe App or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from EmojiMe except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
11. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
EmojiMe may offer free and paid features, including subscriptions, credits, or one-time purchases.
Prices, features, and availability may vary by country, platform, promotion, and time.
If you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play:
- Payment is charged by the applicable app store
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled
- Cancellation must be managed through your app store account settings
- Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store policies
- Deleting the app or deleting your EmojiMe account does not automatically cancel your subscription
We may change pricing or features in the future, subject to applicable laws and platform rules.
12. Free Trials and Promotions
We may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional access.
Unless canceled before the end of a free trial, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Promotion terms may vary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
13. Credits and Usage Limits
Some features may use credits, generation limits, or usage quotas.
Credits may be consumed when you submit a generation request, even if the result is not exactly what you expected, unless otherwise stated.
We may set, change, or enforce limits to protect service quality, prevent abuse, and manage technical costs.
14. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account through:
- EmojiMe App > Settings > Account > Delete Account

Deleting your account may permanently delete your account data, uploaded content, generated emojis, stickers, avatars, GIFs, reaction images, and generation history.
Some information may be retained as required or permitted by law, including transaction records, fraud prevention records, security logs, dispute records, and legal compliance records.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel subscriptions through the applicable store.
15. Privacy
Your use of EmojiMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information.
16. Third-Party Services
EmojiMe may rely on third-party services, including cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, AI model providers, image processing providers, moderation providers, and app store platforms.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, except as required by applicable law.
17. Service Availability
We try to keep EmojiMe available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The Services may be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Technical failures
- Network issues
- Third-party service outages
- AI provider limitations
- Legal or safety restrictions
- Force majeure events
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
18. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You should review Generated Content before sharing, publishing, or relying on it.
We do not guarantee that Generated Content:
- Will meet your expectations
- Will be unique
- Will be free of third-party rights
- Will be suitable for commercial use
- Will be error-free
- Will comply with every platform’s rules
You are responsible for your use of Generated Content.
19. Content Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, block, remove, or restrict content or accounts if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or safety standards.
We may use automated systems, human review, or third-party moderation providers.
We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to take action where appropriate.
20. Termination
You may stop using EmojiMe at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You create legal, security, safety, or operational risk
- Your account is involved in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Services
After termination, certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmojiMe is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmojiMe App and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to EmojiMe in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
23. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EmojiMe App and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of EmojiMe
- Your User Content
- Your Generated Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Your misuse of another person’s image, likeness, identity, or content
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, by email, or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of EmojiMe after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the laws of your country or region that cannot be waived by these Terms.
26. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
